By using the Services, you agree to be bound by Amazon Web Services’ terms and privacy policy. Element 7 may choose to move object storage data from AWS to Apple iCloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, GFS and/or Object Dataflow without notice.

Stripe

All payment transactions made through the Services are processed by (i) Stripe, a service offered by Stripe, Inc. Stripe is used for payment and payout processing for Users.

Payment transactions are processed in accordance with Stripe, Inc.’s terms and privacy policy, available on Stripe, Inc.’s website, https://stripe.com/. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by Stripe Inc.’s terms and other agreements.

Other Third Party Collection of Information

Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Services may be served by third-parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content and application providers, and your mobile device manufacturer and mobile device service provider. These third parties may use tracking technologies to collect information about you when you use the Services.
